Established in 1969, ELC is a family run language school located in two fine historical buildings close to the University in Clifton. For more information please take a look at the website of ELC. We offer you this link as an extra service, in addition to individual advice, extended travel information and an emergency phone number.
Apart from being able to use the facilities of Bristol University’s Student Union (including swimming pool, bars and restaurants), ELC Students are also invited to join in with the social activities and excursions run every week by the school. These include:
Furthermore, as there is so much to see and do in Bristol itself, many students enjoy exploring the city alone or with friends. This is an ideal way of becoming immersed in English culture and practising your English language skills at every opportunity.
