Learn Italian in Taormina at our partner school Babilonia. Young at heart? The 'Club 50' course is specifically designed for the over 50s who want to study a language while also learning more about Sicily; not only the history, culture, and society of Sicily, but also cooking, food, and wine. It's the perfect way to enjoy your free time while socializing with others of the same age. Language classes take place in the mornings, followed by a wide range of cultural activities and excursions in the afternoons and evenings. The course consists of 10 - or 20-hour Italian lessons, supplemented with activities.
Examples of activities include: Italian cooking classes or wine tasting, lectures on Italian art, history, and literature, a hike on Mount Etna volcano, trips to places like Siracuse, Naepolis, and Ortigia, cheese or olive oil tasting, museum visits, and much more!
