This course combines the intensive course with a cookery course. The cooking lessons take place on two afternoons per week and focus on regional Italian cuisine. The skilled Italian chef will help you prepare a variety of delicious local dishes, which you will then eat with the other participantst accompanied by a class of excellent wine.

This course introduces you to the best that Italy has to offer! The program consists of two weeks with 20 Italian language lessons per week and an extensive activity and excursion program. The lessons take place in the morning and the activities take place in the afternoon. The activities include lessons on traditional cooking of Campania and lessons on the traditional wines of Campania. The program also includes one day excursion (in the weekend), one city tour and one special visit with tasting.
