Learn French in Biarritz at our partner French language school, France Langue. The language school is fantastically situated in the city centre, within walking distance from the sea and the famous Côte des Basques beach France Langue is located in a typical Basque building and is the ideal location to learn French. The language school is at a 5 minute walk from the lively neighborhood 'Halles' where you can find many restaurants, shops, bars and markets. The school is validated by FLE (Français Langue Etrangère).

The intensive course offers 20 or 26 French lessons per week. Every aspect of the French language will be taught and the main focus is on communication; listening, speaking, writing and reading.
In 2024 the course will consist of 20 or 30 lessons per week.

The DELF/DALF course in Biarritz consists of 20 lessons of General French (=intensive course) in combination with 6 lessons per week which are focused on DELF/DALF exam preparation. The course is available for the levels A2 - C1 for a period of 4 weeks. Depending on your level and required exam, it could be neccesary to follow an intensive course before the DELF/DALF course. Please contact us for personal advice and the DELF/DALF exam dates.

The course French&Golf combines 16 lessons French per week with 5 golf lessons per week (1 golf lesson=2 hours). The golf programme takes place at the Golf of Biarritz, a magnificient 9 hole course situated in an exceptional setting between sea and mountain. Your training programme is personalised and takes into account your ability and objectives. It is aimed at people of all golfing levels.
In 2024 the course combines 20 French lessons with 5 golf lessons per week (of 2 hours per golf lesson). The lessons are taught in French.

The French language and surfing course consists of 16 French lessons from Monday to Friday + 5 lessons of surfing.
In 2024 the course combines 20 lessons of French with 5 surf sessions per week (of approximately 1,5 hour per session). Surf lessons are taught in French. All materials are provided by the surf school. The lessons usually take place on the famous Côte des Basques beach, located at 15 minute walking distance from the school.

The one-to-one course is perfect for those who want to optimise their study time. The aim of the one-to-one course program is to offer a fully personalised method of teaching designed to meet your specific needs and desires. As the classes are private, you will be able to decide the schedule and content. 16 or 20 lessons per week.

During your language course in Biarritz you will live with a real French family or host. You will stay in a single room with bed and breakfast or half board. Students aged 17 should always book half board.
Most host families live at approximately 40 minutes travel distance from the school. Against a supplement, it is possible to book a host family closer to the school, at a maximum of 30 minutes by public transport.
If you prefer to have privacy, you can stay in a studio during the course. The studio's are located in various areas of the city. You will have your private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
