Our language school Langports is located in the middle of Surfers Paradise. The popular beach is just a 5-minute walk away, just as many shops, cafes and restaurants.
The school consists of 21 classrooms, a student lounge with table tennis and TV, a library, and snack and (soft-)drink vending machines.
Social program
Various activities are organized to get to know your fellow students, and The Gold Coast. For example barbecues, surfing lessons or a visit to Wet'n Wild or Skypoint observation deck. At the weekend you can also join an excursions to, for example, Byron Bay, Springbrook National Park or you can go Whale Watching.
Minimum age: 16 years.
This course consists of 20 lessons per week. The school works with the UFO study plan; use - focus - options. You will study USE every day in the morning, the FOCUS macro-skill changes daily, and you will then have an OPTIONS class in the afternoon. With the 'options', you cannot only choose from extra conversation lessons or grammar, but also business English for example.
This course is uniquely designed so that you will have different classes for your skills (grammar, writing, reading, listening & speaking) that are always at your level.
Minimum age is 16 years.

This course consists of 15 lessons per week. As with the intensive course with 20 hours of lessons per week, the school works with the USE and FOCUS study plan during the part-time program too. The first part focuses on the USE of general language, and after this FOCUS on reading, listening, writing or speaking skills.
Minimum age for the part-time course is 18.

The Cambridge exam course will prepared you for the exam in 10 or 12 weeks. It’s a closed group, so students all start on the same fixed start dates and complete the paper-based exam at the end of the course. You can apply for the First Certificate (FCE) or the Advanced Certificate (CAE).

Preparation for the CPE (Proficiency) exam will take you 12 weeks. For the CPE preparation, the group size is a maximum of 10. It’s a closed group, so students all start on the same fixed start dates and complete the paper-based exam at the end of the course

The IELTS course is a fixed 5-week program consisting of 20 lessons per week. IELTS course is an intensive exam preparation program, focusing specifically on the academic version of the IELTS exam. It will help you improve the 4 major skills essential for the exam – listening, reading, speaking and writing – but also provide an in-depth focus on spelling, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Everything to ensure that you are as well prepared as possible for the exam.
