Our partner school, Instituto de Idiomas Ibiza, is a modern language school in an air-conditioned building right in the heart of Ibiza´s main street (Avenida Ignacio Wallis) There are many pleasant bars and cafés surrounding the school and bus station in order to get to the beaches of the island is right across the street. The central location allows students to experience the mediterranean life in Eivissa very closely (just 3 minutes away).

Our partner Spanish school in Ibiza offers activities and excursions for its students. These cultural activities are optional, but highly recommendable. Apart from excursions, afternoon films are organized at the school and other different types of events. You can learn about Ibiza town and its history by weekly museum visits and excursions over the island. You will receive all necessary information for weekend trips or excursions. The intensive course consists of 20 lessons Spanish per week + 3 didactic "Vive en Español" activities which are designed to make the basic activities more immersive in Spanish. Some of these activities take place in the classroom and some out on the streets. Examples for these activities would be a visit to ibiza town or the food market or workshops about pronunciation, history or Spanish business language. Lessons are from Monday to Friday in the morning or in the afternoon. The maximum number of students per class is 10, so there will be enough individual attention.

With this course you can combine group lessons with private lessons. This course consists of 23 group lessons per week + 7 private lessons per week + 3 "Vive en Español" activities per week which are designed to make the basic activities more immersive in Spanish. During the DELE course you will prepare for the official DELE exam. The course consists of 20 lessons intensive course + 5 one-to-one lessons exam preparation per week. If you are 50 years or older, we recommend you to take part in the Golden age programme, especially designed for 50+ students. This course consists of 20 group lessons per week (in groups of mixed ages) + 5 private lessons per week + cultural activities and has a duration of 1 week. The lessons take place with fantastic teachers to help you learn, improve or perfect your Spanish. After class, you will join the diverse activity programme with students of your own age to see and experience the real and original Ibiza.

The shared apartment could be the ideal option for independent students. Your flatmates will most probably come from different countries or backgrounds and may also be classmates from the school or other visitors on the island. You will share the apartment with 1 to 5 flatmates. The apartment is completely furnished and consists of single and double rooms, a common room with television, a common kitchen with washing machine and bathrooms are shared.
The common areas are being cleaned once a week. The rest is every flatmate’s responsibility and independency. As our students come from many different countries, the shared apartment may turn out to be a unique experience that allows you to expand your intercultural horizon.
Host families are suitable for those who are open to other cultures and are willing to learn about a different way of life. This accommodation type allows you a detailed insight into Spanish life style and a direct experience of how the Spaniards organize their daily lives.
Most of the host families are within a 15 minutes walking distance from the school. In Ibiza Town the most typical way of living is in an apartment block. Your local hosts may be families with father, mother and child, single mothers with children, couples without children, single household, etc…
You will be accommodated in a single room including breakfast. Linen will be provided to you and you can use the washing machine 1 x per week.
Please note that host family accommodation is not available during Christmas week.
