Our partner school, Melton College in York, has over 60 years of experience providing English language courses. The language school caters to young learners aged 8 to 19. Children aged 8 to 10 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian, while those aged 11 and older can participate independently in the youth language courses.
The school is situated in a quiet area of the city, about a 20-minute walk from the city center, the famous Micklegate Wall, and other attractions in York. It is housed in a traditional Victorian building equipped with well-furnished classrooms, a library, a café, and a music room. The large garden with a terrace offers students a place to relax and work on their assignments. The garden also features sports facilities, allowing students to enjoy tennis, basketball, and table tennis. Additionally, barbecues and other social activities are regularly organized in the school garden.
The language school is accredited by reputable organizations such as the British Council, IALC, and Quality English.
There are also courses offered for adults aged 40+ at Melton College, making it an ideal choice for family language courses. You can find the pricing for the 40+ courses here.
