How do I enroll?
This is really easy! The steps from sending the booking form to packing your suitcase are as follows: as soon as you have made your choice, you need to fill in our online booking form. After we have received your booking form, we inform our partner school at the destination of your choice. Generally, we receive a confirmation from our partner schools abroad within 2 or 3 days.
Confirmation / invoice
As soon as we receive a confirmation from our partner school, we send you a confirmation. This consists of all your booking details, and this confirmation is also your invoice.
After receiving your confirmation/invoice, you should transfer the down payment to our bank account within 7 days. The remains should be paid at the latest 6 weeks before departure.
Travel information
After we have received your payment, we will send you the detailed travel information (at the latest 10 days before departure). The travel information includes addresses, the StudyTravel emergency phone number, information about how to reach your destination from the airport or bus station etc.
