Our partner school in Cardiff has over 20 years of experience in providing English language courses and believes that learning English is a whole experience! Learning English in Cardiff is not just about taking a language course. It's also about meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and discovering Wales and Cardiff. For this reason, the language school organizes a social activities program. Examples of activities include a pub quiz, movie night, city tour, visits to Cardiff's attractions, sports activities, and weekend excursions to cities and attractions in the area, such as Castle Coch, Cosmeston Lakes, Penarth Pier & Dyffryn Gardens, Brecon Beacons Waterfalls, Ogmore Castle, Merthyr Mawr & the Vale Coastline, Bristol, Oxford, London, Bath, and much more! You won't get bored when you're learning English in Wales.
The intensive morning course is the general English course and is the most popular option. This course will take place in a small, international group and will focus on all the English language skills. The focus is mainly on speaking, listening, writing and reading skills but there’s also room for increasing your vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation.
You can choose between 20 or 28 lessons per week. 20 lessons are focused on general English and when you choose 28 lessons per week there will be 8 additional electives in which you can choose between different subjects, depending on your level of English.
Minimum age is 16 years.
The intensive afternoon lessons are more budget friendly and offer the same general English lessons as the intensive morning course. You can choose between 20 and 28 lessons per week and lessons will take place in a small and international group. The lessons are mostly focused on speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
