Spanish and cookery
This 2 week programme is based on the intensive course of Spanish with additional cookery lessons and other activities associated with the world of gastronomy.

You take 4 lessons per day of standard Spanish and 2 afternoons per week you learn to prepare and cook a complete 3-course Spanish menu. In addition to the cookery lessons there are talks on wine or gastronomy and local visits related to these themes.

Your level of Spanish is unimportant as you will join an intensive course which is offered at all levels. The cookery lessons will be sufficiently practical for everyone to understand what is going on.
