Spanish and History of Art

Spain is a country of beautiful architecture, sculpture and painting, much of which dates back to the early history of the Iberian Peninsula. Consequently it is difficult to understand the artistic culture of the region when passing by as a tourist. The Spanish and History of Art course in Madrid is a great option for those who want to learn all about Spanish Art History and acquire a greater understanding of the sights that surround them.

This 2 or 4 week course consists of 10 lessons of general Spanish and 10 lessons on history of art per week. The Spanish and history of art course is only available from intermediate language level. The course also includes visits to museums and other cultural centres.

"I will continue to remember my language course in Madrid for a very long time owing to the matchless hospitality and friendliness of its citizens. There is so much to experience and enjoy. I went out on a daily basis with Spaniards, a factor that enabled me to explore the city and the Spanish language to the very fullest. Furthermore, I took flamenco lessons! It was so lovely and I just can’t help carrying on with learning Spanish and flamenco lessons when I get back home."
