Learning a new language, culture and gaining work experience in a Spanish metropolis. This is possible in Madrid by taking a JobTravel course! StudyTravel offers work placements, summer jobs and traineeships in cooperation with an employment agency. Are you at least 18 years old and are you (or were you) a registered student at an accredited University or similar study centre or school? Then this is something for you.

Depending on your language level, you attend an intensive Spanish course or commercial course to be prepared for a job in the area of your choice. During this course you can adjust to the Spanish way of life and get to know Madrid. Companies usually require that the applicant’s language level is at least intermediate.

To apply for an internship, summer job or traineeship, you need to send us your enrolment, accompanied with your CV and a covering letter. After this you will do a Spanish level test, followed by a conversation about your possible future job. The kind of company you will work for, depends on the available places, your work experience, your study, your language level etc. Your wage will be between € 200 and € 600 per month.

We offer a wide range of possibilities regarding the work placements. The employment agency has standing cooperative agreements with companies in many industries such as health care, ICT, hotels, language schools, multinationals, insurance companies, travel agencies and so on. A little less common are placements in the field of theatre and football. You can start working any time of the year.

The duration of the JobTravel course is at least 3 months (preferably a minimum of 5 months). A traineeship is usually for an entire year. If you wish, we can arrange accommodation and an airport transfer for you.
