Italian Cookery
You can book an Italian cookery course as an addition to the intensive course. The cooking lessons are take place two afternoons per week and focus on regional Italian cuisine. The skilled Italian chef will help you prepare a variety of delicious local dishes, of which you will together with the other students accompanied by a class of excellent wine.
