In addition to the intensive course you can book an Italian Cookery course with two sessions of 3 hours each per week. The Italian Cookery course takes place in the afternoon and offers you the possibility to prepare typical italian dishes and to choose the matching wine to each dish. You will need a basic to intermediate knowledge of Italian to participate.
