Italian gastronomy
The course Italian gastronomy can be booked in addition to an intensive course. The course consists per week of 2 Neapolitan cooking lessons and one lesson about homemade pasta. All cooking lessons will finish with a dinner.
There also 4 lessons per week where you can taste the wines and typical products of Campania. Lessons take place in afternoon at the teacher´s house in a nice and informal atmosphere.
The Italian gastronom course requires a minimum of 2 students and a maximum of 12 and an intermediate level of Italian to understand the lessons.
