The residence is located 30 minutes by public transport from the language school and the city centre, just a few stops from the Stazione Centrale (central train station). The residence has 80 rooms in total which are equipped with a bed, desk and a wardrobe. You share the bathroom with another student. For an additional fee you can book a private bathroom. There is a communal kitchen, a living room with TV and a garden terrace.

Furthermore, there is a gym, free wifi Internet and a self-service restaurant where you can buy a meal for approx. € 6,- to € 10,-. The facilities of the residence also include washing machines and dryers (pay per use). Towels and bed linen are provided. One time per week the bed linen and towels will be changed and your room will be cleaned.

The minimum age for the stay in the residence is 18 years.
