There are two residences at about just two minutes walk from the school, the lake and the city centre. All rooms have a washbasin. The bathroom is shared with the other residents. The residence has a shared kitchen, a dining room, a lounge, a fitness room and a bar. You can use a washer and dryer. There is wireless internet and at the residence you can park for free.

In summer, the language school uses a second residence at 15 minutes walking distance from the school. Also in this residence there is a communal kitchen. The residents share the bathroom and there are washing machines available.

The minimum age for staying in the residences is 18 years.
