The residence consists of 83 studios where in addition to students also other tourists can stay. If you are traveling together, you can choose a studio for 2 persons. All studios have a kitchenette, bathroom, TV and wifi.

There are laundry facilities (for a small fee) and once a week the residence will be cleaned.

There is a breakfast room and for an additional fee you can use the parking at the residence. The residence is located close to the train station and the city is about 15 minutes away (by public transport). You can travel by tram in about 25 minutes to the school.
