The student residence in Annecy is open all year round. This budget accommodation is ideal for young students. Rooms are basic furnished with bed, study desk and ensuite bathroom with shower. Fridge is available for an extra charge (€8,00)

There are also shared kitchens and toilets on every floor. Bed linen, towels and pillows are not provided. For those who do not like to cook, it is possible to have a cheap menu in a nearby student canteen (15 minutes walking distance). 

The residence is about 15 minutes to the school by public transportation (direct bus) or 10 minutes by bicycle. Internet WIFI is available for approx. €5 per month. There are not washing machines; however there is a laundry service which is located just 50 metres from the complex. 

Please note that the minimum stay in low season (outside the summer period) is 4 weeks.
