The summer residence in Eastbourne is available between the 8th of August and the 10th of September. The residence is newly built and all rooms are en-suite and fully furnished. The bedrooms are grouped into flats which have fully equipped shared kitchens and communal areas. The residence has the following features:

• 355 individual bedrooms distributed between 62 apartments each containing 5 to 7 bedrooms.

Each room has a bed, wardrobe, study desk, bedside table and private bathroom. You will be provided with fresh bed linen and towels each week. The students are responsible for cleaning their own bedroom, however, the communal areas are cleaned by a maids service. We would recommend that if you would like to book your place in the residence you do so as soon as possible, as places in the residence fill up very fast.
