The apartments are centrally located in a lively area within walking distance of Grafton Street and St Stephen`s Green and students can walk to the school in approximately 10 minutes.

The apartments are very spacious and are furnished and fitted to a high standard and consist of 4 single bedrooms, a common living area and fully equipped kitchen.
All bedrooms have a private bathroom.

Students are responsible for keeping their own room and apartment clean and tidy. There is free internet access in each bedroom but students should bring their own connection lead. Each room has a TV and a phone.

There is a laundry room located in the basement of the apartment complex where students can use washing machines at a small cost.
