The single use apartments are located in the same building as the shared apartments. It is a newly built block of apartments and is situated in a quiet street just around the corner from the language school (Sandhurst House). It is an ideal location, as it is only a few seconds away from the school and at the same time near the University District, which is full of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The city centre and all main bus stations and train stations are within walking distance.

The building is completely new and finished to a very high standard. The single use apartments are organized in one bedroom apartments for single and double occupancy. The apartments are , fully furnished a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, washing machine, oven and dishwasher, oone toilet, one shower room and a lounge with tv.

The single use apartments for two are only meant for two persons travelling together as the bedroom has a double bed.

The building also has wi-fi and is a non-smoking accommodation.
